2. NEOPLASMS - DORSAL MIDBRAIN SYNDROME (NOTHNAGEL'S SYNDROME)

This syndrome is usually due to a tumor impacting on the superior cerebellar peduncle and the oculomotor nucleus. Its major signs are unilateral oculomotor nerve paralysis and ipsilateral cerebellar ataxia.
